What we collect

We collect your name, email address, and the content you create in Prepwise — including STAR answers, interview notes, company research, and compensation data. We also collect usage data to improve the product.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide and improve Prepwise. We use it to run AI features, save your work, and process payments via Stripe. We do not sell your data to third parties.

AI processing

Prepwise uses Anthropic Claude to power AI features. Content you submit for AI processing is sent to the Anthropic API. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prepwise never stores your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes all associated data within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (keeping you signed in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
