By using Prepwise you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Prepwise is

Prepwise is an interview preparation tool. It helps you organize STAR answers, track interview rounds, research companies, and think through compensation. It is not a job placement service and makes no guarantees about employment outcomes.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Prepwise.

Acceptable use

You may use Prepwise only for lawful, personal interview preparation. You may not resell, scrape, or abuse the service or use it to harm others.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Free trial

New accounts receive an 8-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

Your content

You own all content you create in Prepwise. By using the service you grant Prepwise a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.

AI features

AI features are powered by third-party models. Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions.

Limitation of liability

Prepwise is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
